89 Trans Am

finally got it off, it was one large peice up until 2 very large relief cuts at least a foot long and the lined matirx was a seperate piece.

Heres the beginning of my one piece reinstall

You can see where you have to cut for the defrosters on this BG...they are steelbrainded about a 1/4 thick. I added a seperate strip of film to the exposed area and it came out super clean.
All done

That is not a '79.....

more like an '89

Looks good though.....defrosters suck but otherwise those are one of the easiest BG to do.

in that last pic....is that a reflection of a UFO near the bottom????....holy cow...as if humble doesnt have enuff problems!!!

i asked the guy what year it was because i have no idea it was early but i remember 79 and thats what i wrote on the warranty i belive you if you say an 89 either way

not sure about a ufo in the reflection i have another picture after the ufo took off actually i think it te reverse curve in the glass right there
