elantra (i tihnk) quarters

hey everyone,
A friend of mine just got a hyundai. After doing some googling, it looks like its an 01 or 02 elantra. I don't know for sure though. Anyways, the quarter windows look kind of like a pain, and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to tint them? also, I was wondering, how do I remove the rubber gaskets on the doors to help keep out contamination? or shoudl I just suck it up and tape them? thanks for any advice

yeah, the quarters look something liek that. my big problem area is when the rubbers of the quarters are on the glass and there is no ceramic edging to overlay the film

if your not used to it, just cut a template of the window on the outside, then make your tint just a little bigger on all sides. then shimmy it in there.

as far as the doors i pull the panels on those to tint them clean and easy.
