TUNDRA ROLL DOWN BACK WINDOW

when you tint the back rolldown of a newer style tundra, even the brand new ones, you can pull the rubber to drop the tint in. while youre at it you can use the rubber to hit the switch up and down to clean it and install it. if you have help it isnt needed but if they are busy putting a window in or something the rubber is right next to you anyway. been doing this for years but never thought about putting it on the forum.

I've got a broom handle with a rubber stopper on the end of it so it doesn't slip off the button

do you pull out the rubber? if you do try it next time. you just roll it down all the way before you jump in, pop back the plastic, and out the rubber comes. now just use it to roll it back up, clean it up and slap the tint in.

i figured this little trick out about 3 months ago, its the perfect lenght too, its almost as if toyota desinged this truck withus in mind.

thats the new super crew. its larger inside than a ford superduty. i think bigger than a dodge mega cab. and thats my partner, shes pretty buff though

I popped the plastic back, but the rubber just stayed there!! Am I doin' sumthin wrong?

I use a hook tool to pull it out it's a snug fit. And this was a good tip for me.
