from those pics it should be easy. might cruise by the dealer this weekend and check it out. looks like an easy panel remove and third brake light removal. hope it doesnt have dots like the g35, but if it does no biggie

Can't give anymore opinion cause i have no info about it comin to Portugal!

I'm doing one right now. Sides are cake, no problem at all. 3rd brake light pops out just like all other Nissans. The ONLY issue I have with this car is getting into the back seat. I'm 6'4", and I can barely make it past the front seats into the back. It's an extremely tight fit. Rear wdo does have a good sized patch of matrix too.
