Vista Dealers - can anyone help me out?!?!

Ok.. long story short, I'm an installer for Vista film... My company did a house about two weeks ago in V48 for a customer of a decorator that we sometimes do work for. The customer is not happy and wants V58.

The whole thing turned into a mess, to put it mildly.

I'm going on my own with residential tinting, and the one thing I have been told is that due to a lack of volume I can not carry Vista. (Which sucks cause I really like the film, but whatever...)

I spoke with the decorator today, and she's going to use me for all her clients who want tinting.

Only thing, is that she would like me to fix what happened with the above client. Not a big deal, except for the film. (And after this client, I'll switch her over to using Llumar)

Is there anyone willing to help me purchase a box of V58??

Thanks...

Well, that's a moot point currently. Looks like they are going to go with the other film. w00t!! smile22.gif

You can by a box from any dealer that is willing to give it to you, but there will be no warranty, and they will want cash in hand....... Also it is a little sticky to ask this vista is a special film with great tech behind it....

Also why are you redoing this job, if they picked the film then charge them to remove the film and install the other film....

knuckle up :booga

It's a very long story, most of which I've posted here along the way. The bottome line was the customer wasn't happy with what another company did, so I fixed the mess. We didn't end up using vista, but went with llumar.

Well, that's a moot point currently.

moot means the point "IS debatable". what you mean to say is, "it's NOT a moot point".

from the merriam webster dictionary

Main Entry: moot
Function: adjective
1 a : open to question : DEBATABLE b : subjected to discussion : DISPUTED

Hmm.. I guess your right. It's NOT a moot point. Interesting - I've never heard it used like that... of course, I haven't really heard many people even use that word in every day talking...

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
