bulldozer modification

blade
i searched and didn't see it anywhere so i figured i'd post it. just got me a new bulldozer and had to do this so i thought i'd show you what i do. we all know how the bulldozer comes flat.

lay it on your table like this and heat it up with your heatgun, slowly push down on the squeegee side once it gets warm enough...to give alittle bend to it.

this little bend gives you much more leverage when squeegeeing behind brake lights. and it's not bent too much to where you can't get it behind certain lights. thumb.gif

tintman237
dunno.gif why not just get the flat glass bulldozer, then the ribs run all the way down and is much stiffer than the auto dozer, same result, better leverage eyebrows.gif

dunno.gif good tip, but ever since I got the fg dozer, no need for more leverage thumb.gif

Just keep your senses with you when squeegeeing..apply pressure as you push downward, pull the dozer away from glass as you slowly bring it back up and repeat till the bottom of the bg is flushed out. orngbiggrin.gif
GodofWarII
dunno.gif i bought mine because its flat, a bend won't help get behind the brake lights i have to try and get behind dunno.gif way to use your noodle though and try something new beer.gif
wilz
You could almost use something like that for a gasket puller too. Dont' you think?

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
