Over the past 3 years, iv seen a gradual decline of people being able to use independent companies to carry out repairs to their vehicle, be it glass replacement or body, mechanical repairs. Imposed on them by their insurance company.
This is known as a cartel by larger companies forming closed negotiation with other large companies, taking away the choice from the consumer to choose a quality or convenient service.

At last after a year of myself and other motor trade related companies petitioning the trade secutary it has been noted on the Number10 website as a e-petition, this is already legislation, but sadly now it needs to be re-inforced.

It needs over 1000 names to be presented, so please send on to all you know, thanks for taking the time to read, i believe this affects everyone of us who drives, Thanks Andy

I know this is , but unfortunately it's true. Even here in the "colonies" car insurance is going the way of health care. Instead of HMO's we're gonna have CMO's. I don't mind getting a few estimates, but I resent the hell out of them telling me WHO to get them from! I'm signing. Hope it will help here as well.
