copyright ?

ok i set up at alot of racetracks here and i have alot of people wanting say longhorns-other teams in sports and name brands like for dirtbikes and i have them they mostly cames from bestbrandsofworld. now is this a copyright broblem or doi need to wory about it any help is needed thanks.

you should be able to google search copyright laws but I think you have to pay for them.

i personally dont worry about it period .... but maybe if i were doing it at a NASCAR track or something where theres huge companys sponsoring, ect, i would most def be concerned!

IMO, it's free advertising for them, why would they want to make a stink about it???

From waht I have been told by a couple reps from the big 3 is that if your selling a few here and there, its no biggy. If your selling hundreds at a time then they will be after you.

The first thing you get is a cease and desist letter from the lawyer telling you to stop. If you do anything from there on you can be in trouble. I have gotten a couple of them in the past when I first started out with my little plotter a few years ago selling at flea markets.

This is not fact, just my experience.

I went to sell a FOX Racing decal on ebay and they removed it within 2 hours telling me it was infringing on thier policy for trying to sell copyrighted material and told me If I attempted to do it again they would suspend my account.
