Yesterday, fence and shed are gone, spreading gravel, getting ready for curbing and landscaping....

Looks great so far, what kind of signage are you going to have?
looks like you put that shop in your backyard
baddass
You should of at least put a showroom window in behind that tree. Maybe a 6ft x 4ft or something. But still looks great!
Thats nice man, is that behind another shop, I noticed the concrete in front
what kinda tintz you gonna put on the overhead doors!?!
QUOTE (Sprinter @ Aug 17 2007, 04:16 PM) [*]535705[/*] looks like you put that shop in your backyard shady, is that directly behind your current building nearest the road? prime piece of real estate right there. we're moving if the landlord gets what he's asking for the property.
Very nice
The day I full retire and hopefully one of my 2 boys take over..that's pretty much the exact style shop I want to build

My thoughts exactly, but I was thinkin' more along the lines of a couple of 72x72 right next to each other. But then.......I am a fan of big windows. Lots o' light! (Big windows been beddy beddy good to me! QUOTE (TintDude @ Aug 17 2007, 05:03 PM) [*]535699[/*] Looks great so far, what kind of signage are you going to have? The signs are at the road front, I haven't changed the old brake and lube sign yet, but it's on the list... QUOTE (FilmBlazer @ Aug 17 2007, 08:23 PM) [*]535817[/*] what kinda tintz you gonna put on the overhead doors!?! Prolly something reflective, it's a south facing bldg. Yep, I'm sure you can see it when you guys are pulling out of your shop... Spivey is a shrude sumbitch, he will more than likely get what he's asking, but I don't think it will sell anytime soon. I spoke with the realtor, he's asking alot of money for that dirt... The 2 lots next to me have been for sale for over 2 years, no signs of it moving yet. Cavenaugh will probably end up with the rest of Market St. soon anyhow... I'll have to fix it later, this work computer is taking too long, got too many things to get done.
Looking real nice! Wrap that sucker with the new mmmmmmm building material……. Hmmmmm
nicely done
Fixed it.....
Man, that is cool. You could tint like 500 cars a day with all that space. Must be a prime piece of realestate. When you gonna throw 24" on that golf cart??
looks nice...
Nice shop I could use one like that.
It's ironic that this thread got bumped...
We just had the front building repainted and are revamping the waiting room/ showroom this month. Putting in a sidewalk and a 24x26 water test bay in the very back... I will post some more photos as it comes together...... Also, NEW WEBSITE COMING SOON!!!!!! Showing off our Mild and Wild Upholstery, Vehicle Graphics, Convertible Tops, Boat Tops & Spray Curtains, Tint Jobs Etc..... STAY TUNED!!!! Looks good!

That ditch in the video is filled in, a sidewalk will be in soon. All the landscaping is done, fences moved... etc, etc. A 50k project turned into 165k after meeting all the city specs.... But now it's done, just to pay for it all now....
Thats really nice, can't wait to see what it's going to look like
Okay, I found a moment to show some pics...
