This once again proves the hackleberry theory Why would anybody get a kick out of blatantly screwing there customers
I did an 08' and it had no felt.
I did an "08 convertable today and it had felt. I was sooo pleased. The dude that owned the car (I've done quite a few for him in the past) told me to keep the extra loot I would have charged him to felt. He said keep it as a tip for your honesty....
Looks good man !
Just did an 08 convertible today.
The fronts had factory felt, but the roll down quarter glass needed felt.
I know this may sound dumb but what is the ment when u say it needs felt. i have never used it. i did an 08 mustang and only thing that got me was the windows that move down automatically a lil. i cut too short without realizing it.
you have got to trip the windows first, before you cut your pattern just make sure not to close the door until you release them
o8 weather strips can be bought threw your local dealer "yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
8r3z-6321456-a 8r3z-6321457-a cost $31.90 and $28.72 are the part #'s for those who wish to replace with factory parts, i like using these much better! no mole skins for this car ever again
what do you mean by "felting cars" is that just cars with felt gaskets?
QUOTE (I_tint_TN @ Feb 5 2009, 11:00 AM) [*]665300[/*] what do you mean by "felting cars" is that just cars with felt gaskets? lmao.. there is manufactors out there that tried to save money and not felting gaskets which is causing scratches in the tint, so we all figured that we would felt them ourselves. that way we could actual have tint that wouldnt get scratched...do to some cheapo tring to save a buck QUOTE (Jeff Rutherford Jax fl. @ Feb 5 2009, 08:23 AM) [*]665291[/*] o8 weather strips can be bought threw your local dealer "yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
