07 Accord issue.

I did one this pass weekend and the customer claims There is significant wind noise coming through the divers door.The wind noise occurs towards the bottom of the door, Anyone have this issue and all inputs are welcome.

Did you felt it and not put the door panel back on correctly?

Did you cut out the bottom trim on the gasket

thats what I was thinking but afraid to ask

We did one this weekend but Have not checked the phone since then.

No cutting or anything special, just eased the gasket out with a concuer and slid it down in.

Hope I dont come in to a problem tuesday.

Did not cut anything did felt it and I will make sure the door panel is on right.If the noise is coming from the bottom of the door maybe just maybe I did not secure it very well.I will have it back on Wednesday, and this is the 30th one I have done in the pass 2months and not one has come back for any issues, I think I was slipping after a 12 car day.Thanks guys.

That was my first guess.

If she only hears the noise when she rolls the window down then you have film overlapping the glass. If she hears it when it's up either door panel or problem was already there.
