Just landed downunder and they are a delight to do.
Take one screw out of each door and lift out the gasket like BMW's.
Rear doors are a bit tighter however to get the gasket in and out of.

dont attempt to take door panels all the way off our shop tried to pull them to put door locks in and its a PITA.
Did my wifes today. The Fronts gave me a fit but I did not remove the gaskets and I should have.
 
     i thought this was a way to easy car
