Told Ya I DIDNT Do It!

I had a customer with a subaru sedan brought it in to be tinted...she is from NY and still lives there but is moving here in the next 6 months so wanted it NC legal...No Problem. Her sister pics it up from the shop....the next day she calls me raising hell about a hole in the door panel...brings it by...its on the bottom outte edge of the drivers panel...no way in hell I put a hole about 5 inches around in there...BUT no way to prove i didnt either...told her to get a couple of estimates and call me back...she went to the freakin subaru dealershop and brought me a paper for 469.69 to replace the panel...the panle itself was only 140 and the rest was a hour and a half labor charge to switch it out...told her no way in hell was I buying her a new panel...sent her to a local upholestry shop and they fixed it...but she never called me back to get paid...finally I called her a week later and asked her if she got it fixed ( already knowing she did since I called the trim shop) she said yeat but it didnt cost much to fix it so she wasnt worried about it....fast forward to 2 months later...her son ripped the tint somehow and she comes back to have me fiz it and in the process apologizes to me because come to find out her sister actually admitted to tearing it with the seatbelt somehow!!

well, at least she was honest about it, sometimes customers act for something we have no cause or control over.

NOW I do believe I have heard it all!!!! A custy 'fessing up AND apologising? NAH!!! Never happened to ME!

happen to me with an acura tl, customer said i put a finger size hole in the rear right door panel,made a big fuss about it,shop owner told him he would take care of it, even though he knew i did not do it,so dude leaves ,saying he will bring the car back the next day, then calls back around closing time to apoligse that his wife did it with her high heels

What was his Wife doing in the back seat that woulda put a hole in the right rear door panel with her high heels ?
