NICE>>>

So would this be correct,

Plotter the graphic,
squeegee the film into place with a liner over the graphic
pull the liner
pick out the material to make the voids??

Never worked with frosts or graphics..

Is there a two sided liner like exterior films>??

Awesome Work there bro!

I think we need a video on your technique.... eyebrows.gif

If I get what RCoote said, you put the logo on the glass firstwith a liner over it, then lay the white frost over it and cut the logo out of the white frost....I think I am missing something....I even slept 7hrs today...lol
micro-edge
Looks plotter cut to me. Filmed the glass then weeded the cuts out after install would be my guess. Looks good blade thumb.gif
blade
put the oversized pre-cut piece of film on the plotter.

cut the design and don't weed it out.

apply film to the window and center the design as needed.

put the liner ontop of the piece of film to protect the edges of the design when squeegeeing.

remove the liner.

trim edges.

weed out the design.

put a fork in it... it's done.

Looks great dude!! thumb.gif , But I'm trying to get my mind around how ya did it. Did you use "pre-mask" on the film side to hold the design together when you peeled the liner from the film? hmmmmmmm.gif

Nice job blade beer.gif
Devil with bad attitude
I was under the impression Madico's frost films including the grey MT200 were too thin to do this type of computer cutting? dunno.gif
Nice effort.

blade
it's a 2 mil film. my plotter will cut 1 mil films.

biggthumpup.gif Nice work!!

I have had to pass on those jobs, no plotter & no experience. poop.gif This needs further investigation on my behalf.

You have skill man! beer.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
