Hey guys i looked in the makes & models and did not find anything on the new 08 Accord coupe. I have one booked for this weekend. Has anyone done one yet? I am just wondering if they need felt? The car looks a lot better than the 4 door sedan twocents.gif

did one a few weeks ago, did not install the felt cause customer did not want it, i stuck f-1 pinnacle on his car, he said he did his research and the hard coat is "scratch" resistant besides f-1 comes with a no fault warranty!! any way i always advise them to have it installed beer.gif

I can confirm that both the coupe and sedan now have felt on the doors as of 2008.

Neither the coupes nor sedans need felt (good thing)!!! The dot matrix on top of the BG on the coupe does need to be glue or vinyl though.

maybe I'm just lucky, but I have never had a single car come back with scratching door seals due to lack of felt. Never had a single customer ask for felt to be applied. This has just been a total non-issue for me. ... and I've done thousands of cars (haven't we all though.).

I've seen scratched film, but to be honest, it's almost ALWAYS FELTED door seals. Customers don't clean in there like they should, the factory felt got sand and debris stuck in there and then ssccccrraaaatttttccchhhh.

beer.gif you are one of the lucky ones....ps i tint all cars without felt now, cause the tint job comes with a no fault warranty from the manufacture thumb.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
