Where's the tint
Nice lookin car !
thats what i was thinking...*L*
Leo, you're going to have to treat your boys to a film handler, handling 60" rolls is no fun
Still haven't seen the finished product....
Leo where is the finished product? I wanna see the car tinted
I will try to do that tomorrow
Man thats one cluttered tint bay!!! But hell they get a Bentley in, fair play!!
QUOTE (LEO'n'DARTZ @ Dec 5 2007, 11:02 AM) [*]568776[/*] I will try to do that tomorrow Looks good man, as does all of your guys work QUOTE (goldtooth @ Dec 5 2007, 11:12 PM) [*]568730[/*] Well.. this is my first Flying Spur and it took me around 3 1/2 hours I couldn't find the box where fuse no 89 is located to stop the headrests so I did it another way. I tricked the rear doors by locking the latch while the doors were open. Overall, I'm glad I got it done One down and one to go
I am LOL to myself because while you guys are talking about tinting a Bentley, I have to go to British Motor Cars in San Francisco to remove tint on a Bentley. Apparently they always remove tint before they resell the car. If I were them, I would leave it on the car and when they have a potential buyer, they should ask them if they wanted it removed or not. But hey, it is all good because I get good money removing and hopefully good money again when I retint it.
you dont have to remove panels on that thing
oh and no disrespect but, shop seems kinda crowded crammed for you to be working on a car like that, corner end of the table is way to close that car
rookies
maybe i missed something but did he only tint the quarter glass?
no comment
Why is it with luxuy cars you need a degree on how to operate the mundane function such as turning the radio off and air cond off?
I mean not everyone that can afford those sort of cars are necessarily uni. graduates, you know and the stupid thing is that once you learn how to turn them off, as soon as you restart the ignition, then they automatically turn on again.
Guys, I've been told by the Bentley dealership that $700 is too much for a 5 hour work on the Bentley Flying Spur. Can I get some idea if this is correct, what is the consensus here for a car that's worth close if not half a billion dollars. What if something goes wrong, would the dealer cover it under warranty for knocking the measly $700 pay that could potentially cost thousand of dollars to fix?
Cmon all of you and those including the one that does BMW 7 series and all the top end luxury cars from any make.
Just did one today.
Looks cold
Yes it was! Glad I'm not mobile it was 70 degrees all day inside.
QUOTE (goldtooth @ Dec 5 2007, 06:12 AM) [*]568730[/*] the way they doin it...?? 2 days
Wow he could've just turned that roll sideways and used it ..I use only 36 and 40 inch rolls and shrink 99% of the windows sideways (factory edge running top to bottom)..unless it's a super curved window..easier for me, but Leo always gets the job done and done real good but I know that other guy aint Leo!!
