Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie here & need everyone's honest opinion. I am in the market for a color printer & cutter for decals (both small & large ones). Of course I'm on a tight budget so used equipment is on top of my list. Please throw all your comments at me & be brutally honest ~ I can take it....LOL....

Thanks!!!!

If you are looking to spend aroud 14,000.00 the roland versacamm is a great 30" machine if you are looking for a great used machine i started with the roland pc600 that i have been keeping for a backup machine. But havent needed it so... its for sell ! it is a 24" machine that prints and cuts full color..great small decal machine. for the money I will take 4000.00 for it plus shipping. still in box back from roland to get freshened up.. head was replaced

Thanks Brian,
I'll keep that in mind but before I buy anything, I want to get more opinions.

Hiya Marco,
Yea, I've been doing just that. I am so confused at this point that I thought maybe putting up a post of my own would be helpful. I'm sick of the sales pitch & the lies; that's exactly why I thought maybe this would bring in some great info.

Hiya Cashew,

Thanks for the input. What do you consider a good price for Roland, Graphtec, Etc?

I've shopped around and believe me. You won't find a better machine than a roland. The one briansignman has is a great deal.

Hi RoShute,
My problem is that I have heard more cons than pros about the Roland PC-600. Such as one fellow states "Oh and we had the thing 1.5 years and it was gone for service 6 times and lost 2 heads. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty" & another one states "I think I would buy just a good plotter/cutter and farm out the print jobs before I even remotely considered going back to a PC 600 or I would try to find a used PC 60 in good shape as you can buy them for less and according to Kim she had a lot less trouble with it than the PC 600, at least you could do short run t-shirts and decals but I sure would not try anything fancy (we did and regretted it time & time again). (really we were just oversold on the pc 600, then after we got it all we heard was "it is really just a decal machine" or "it just was not meant to do that".
I also heard that the PC-600 costs are very high.
This is what drives me totally nutzzzzzzzzzzzz......

I've got two great friends that have the roland machines. One is briansignman and the other is fellow sign man nearby. I've never heard any bad from either of them. Contact Brian he won't bs you. His email is signmansdg@aol.com. He'll be upfront and honest with you. I do know that he does banners, vinyl wraps, decals, tshirts, jersees, etc with his machines.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
