Tool Bucket
I dont know if anybody ever posted this but I'll do it anyways. I use a bucket filled with water and soap and put all my tools in there. Its a great way to clean your white scrubbie after you clean the side gaskets and keep all your tools clean. I dont like to wear an apron. I just bring the bucket with me to every window. During the winter I fill the bucket with hot water it keeps your hands from freezing and keeps your turbos soft. oh heres another tip every night remove the white scrubbie from the bucket or you gonna have to toss it. Hopefully this helps someone.
The Bucket Boy
Sorry man.... couldn't resist!..... I'll have to mull that over a bit....... On a more serious note... are you trying to keep everything warm and flexible because your shop is that cold ? You work mobile ? ?? just curious...
I have heard of using a bucket to rinse off hands all the time, but not to put tools in all the time. I would not like my tools to be wet all the time.
Thats so funny.....
2 years ago @ CES show in Vegas I won a 5 gal. bucket full of mothers detailing supplies..... I was drunk and packed that baby up and down the strip in and out of every casino all night long...

i always like the idea of a bucket of water to keep squeegees and scrubbers in. i think it might have already made tip of the week too
Good tip, dont pay attn to people critiquing TOTW
I leave my scrubbies in water all the time and my tools in the bucket over the weekends.

Good tip.
Hot soapy water & clean tools is a good way to avoid contamination.
Thanks everyone I know its kind of a lame totw but everyone has there own way of doing things. I just like to use the bucket because it just easier for me. I just roll from window to window sitting on my stool with the bucket next to me. I like using a spray bottle over poly sprayer and when it gets really cold my hands cramp up real easy. That one of the other reasons why I have the hot water. BTW I'm in California and its been cold. Hitting low 30's at night.

My razorblades keep gettin rusty!
Skeeters start hatching after a couple of weeks! Keep it full enough that the frogs can get back out, they sink after being dead a while and then you can't find the rusty razor blades!
