¨thickness meter¨setup

hi guys,

i just received a ¨thickness meter¨ in order to use this ultra sound meter i need to enter the velocity of the sound passing though the film, can anyone help me with this setting¨, and is it a diferent velocity setting for the safety film, or they are the same as for the solar film.

Is there anyother correct way to measure the thickness of the tint.

Use a 0-1" Micrometer before installation. or on the glass if you have an edge or a hole in the tint a depth guage would work. These are machanist tools BTY! dunno.gif
