Looks like were going to get the storm of the yr so far

Should hit my way in about 5 hrs. I'll be staying up all night by the sounds of it clearing my 12 car driveway every 2-3 hrs a storm from eastern US, a western US storm coming and clashing with an arctic cold front going to meet in our province

I'll send Al Gore after ya...with his Jet plane and snowcats.......

Toronto ( a city of over 2 million people ) called in the army about 5 yrs ago to dig them out

Imagine going through the armed forces ..to have to grab a shovel and start shovelling snow back when you were a kid

Not too worried..just not looking forward to clearing the driveway and getting to dentist appointments and other errands involving the highway. Something kinda creepy happened to me 2 days ago that I didn't tell you guys..just about lost my life with a 18 wheeler jackknifed and sliding towards me in my rear view mirror while delivering a new vehicle just tinted back to the dealer.. 15 - 30 seconds earlier on the stretch of highway..it would have been bad for me..the highway was closed for at least 5 yrs I'm kinda highway shy at the moment

I'm not trying to be a smart azz Twiz.......does yrs mean something different in Canda as far as time goes

My dad has a riding lawn mower that he rigged up a plow blade on, great for doing sidewalks and such, but it doesn't snow a ton in N. AZ where he's at.

Not too cold yet... 9F ..but the wind has really picked up..should be coming soon ..snow blower ready Right now havin lots of beers with hockey game ,fire ,UFC keepin warm inside

Yeah , looks like it's going to be a mixed bag of snow , ice pellets ,sleet, freezing rain ..just got finished shoveling the driveway..took me an hr ..starting t get slippery . Just sent the wife off to work (working at the hospital, she'll be busy with accidents and people having heart attacks due to over exertion shoveling snow )

just think u can sell t-shirts that say I survived the blizzard of 2007....I was raised near cleveland ohio the snow belt remember walking to school in it up to my waste snow drift to top of houses..kinda miss th snow it can be a balst ,,,,, live in sc wish we would get a white xmas

I'm going to soak outside in the hot tub with a beer with the wife..been a long day a total of 6 outings for shoveling ..I'm gonna be sore I'm just glad it's pretty much passed

well...its now hitting us TW. Started yestereday afternoon and its still going. Just barely made it to the shop. I dont shovel though Thats what friends with tractors are for I just put the truck in 4wd and pushed my way through.
