BMW 6 series

Ok so this is my first 6 and im pulling my hair out trying to figure out how the headrest in the back seat come out. Does anybody have a clue as to how they come off? I searched a little and read that you have to tug on one side till it clicks and then the other but i tried this with no success. I would hate to try to squeeze in over them and risk contamination. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

So onto the roll ups now. What do u guys think? Should i snap them or wet shrink? The gasket looks unforgiving.

NO Head rest don't come out. It can be done with out taking them out it's Just a bit harder.....

Door's NP don't need to heat them at all....


BTW Dont forget to trick the doors ( they Drop about .5 to 1 inch when opened.) so you have to take screwdriver and slide it into the latch and make the latch close so it will roll the window up al the way for you. Before you Pull the handle to drop them back down use heat gun to dry the lower section to dry it some

I took the headrest out earlier. They come off but not easily. Whats NP?
