I've had it do me that way thru the years! I don't know the solution!Heat em and push em down! dunno.gif
TINTING AZ
i did heat them they wouldnt lay for %&$# they didnt even feel high they felt smooth easy shrink but film wouldnt lay on lines using solargrd hp supreme
i called the guy n asked him if i could scrape his lines not all of them worked anyways he said hell no i said come pick up ur car oh well bogabut.gif
TintWizard
The only thing left is have him come back in a couple of weeks and run a lil chizzler wrapped in paper towel along each wire now that all the solution is finally dried yet there is still tack to the adhesive.

I did this 2 yrs ago..same senerio..I think it was even the same year of Corvette , I had him drop by 2 months after I had done that and it still looked good..I think the key was to leave it long enough after the tint job was done..but not too long dunno.gif

Either way..it worked for the long haul thumb.gif
Pit Stop
Either that or lightly cut them like a relief cut and lay them down. It has always worked for me twocents.gif

old vettes with big rears are always a pain
running free

Is that rear window done in one peice? dunno.gif I tried to do it in one peice today, the film shrank nice but didn`t go well in the top corners. I notice that there are no gas struts on that window. I wonder if this was the problem with the one I did today, it had the gas struts. dunno.gif
VIP tint + glass
did one last week. had to stretch the sides like CRAZY to get it to lay. done these before and they went perfect. this last one was BAD. had him come back 3 days later to push down the pucks.
Shades of Gray
dry shrink..or wet shrink? what do you guys do. I have one in the shop now. Do you lay wet strip across the middle??

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
