Citroen C6

Hello all, now, has anyone tinted the new C6, i had a good look round one with my local dealer, all glass is laminated and the only problem i can see is the rear glass, looks like a right bugger....

I haven't done One yet but am a but stuck with the same question since I've seen m at the car salon 08. This is the bugger you're talking about I guess...

Kinda reminds me of the older mr2, and i was scared of ever doing one and ended up there was no shrink it it! so maybe it might be easier than expected?
As for laminated just take it a bit easier when doing these

The outside edges are like the MR2 but the centre of the screen curves in both directions causeing a major headache....im sure someone from pentagon in the uk has done one by now....que tint tim!!.

No worrys with the lamy windows mate, seems Citroen are using this more and more which is a great safety feature.

HI POTZY DID ONE A FEW MONTHS AGO REAL PAIN PUT THE BACK WINDOW IN 3 PEICES ALL CUT ON OUT SIDE THEN INSTALLEDREST OF WINDOWS NO PROBLEM PS CAN,T SPLICE REAR WINDOW ON THE INSIDE COS OF SHAPE OF WINDOW

Ive done a few here in Aust, has to be spliced in 2. Not a fun job

it can be done in one piece with out shrinking, it takes a lot of time and hair pulling and a bottle of JACK afterwards.

Does anyone have a pic - It may look awsom when is tinted?!!

big pain glasses (corvet, proshe944, Renault clio2, beatle,...) always looks best when tinted.

Large version of the old Toyota MR2,Looks like your gonna earn your money.
Dealer i work for had one of those things and got stuck with it forever,ugly piece of Shiat nobody wanted.
But if they have the bad taste to buy that will they really notice if you make a mistake

Suprising to see that the B/G is laminated.Most B/G that have the defroster on the glass over here are tempered.I can't think of many that do,except older Infiniti Q 45 and S class Benz.
