Clifford remote starter stops working after 2 hours

2001 Town and Country with Clifford RSX1.2 installed by a big electronics chain. Here is my problem, if I lock the car and leave it for 2 hours or more and then try to remote start, my two way remote just beeps and flashes like it is out of range even if I am standing next to the car. If I use my key to enter then I need to push the valet button to disengage the RSX so I can use the key to start. The big electronics chain has failed in their 4 attempts to remedy this problem. They claim they have swapped all of the key components (antenna, remote, brain, transponder module…) I don’t want to get rid of it I just want it to work. I am ready to check voltages, change wires, flip diodes if necessary. Thanks in advance for your help.

Absolutely, that is an option I will use in the near future. Right now I am curious to identify the source of the problem. I think it might be thermal related. In other words, the system does not respond when it sits in the cold for a period of time. I suspect that time is equivalent to the length of time to chill the internal temperature of the vehicle. That is why I have had the observation that it works up to 1.5 to 2 hours. Outside temperatures around 36 Fahrenheit or lower are required to see this behavior. I noticed a related post where claims have been made that the transponder codes are altered in cold temperatures. Does anyone know if this is true? Has anyone had any luck insulating this module? And finally, if I go somewhere else won’t they use the same transponder which is required for the vehicle? BTW, I am not sure if transponder is the appropriate term. I am referring to the module that is required to send the ignition key codes.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
