i dont think you should launch a website until it is fully functional. It's professional looking site. A template most likely. The under construction pages have to go though.

We value your opinion. Our belief that a website should not be a piece of art that is painted and looked at on your wall, but a way for customers to communicate to us and watch as we grow. Changes are always going to be made to any website, thus we believe that there is no right time to have information on a website; any information is better than none.
