DEI Viper 791vx with DEI 580 Window Modules

I have a Viper 791vx and one pair of DEI 580 window modules (for all four windows). I did not install any of these items but have a limited knowledge of DEI and have the installation manuals so I have their wiring diagrams.

1. Modules installed only on the drivers door so no one-touch except for the drivers 4 switches.
2. They worked for 3+ months and stopped tonight
3. Other doors activate their windows properly (no DEI stuff in circuits)
4. Drivers door. Rocker swicthes for door locks, mirror adjustments, window lockout and the siwtches light up so I don' think the problem is there.
5. No more "click" heard from the 580s
6. All fused to the 791 and 580s removed, checked and reseated.

One interesting thing is now when I arm the alarm, the "trunk" flashes on the remote (I believe it is being bypassed) and a second siren chirp and remote beep occurs. I have no "trunk" specific sensors that I am aware of so I assume it was used with the 580s when they installed them.

Any idea where to start checking things and what might cause the "trunk" to flash when arming? I feel it has to be related?

Maybe check to see where the 580's are grounded

I have seen folks ground window modules inside the doors which is typically a terrible spot to do so....
Why it would work for 3 months then .... nothing ???

All you can do at this point is start metering wires @ the modules and checking for proper connections... One of them will be your culprit.
