Gonna pop my first Beetle this week friday !!! Im super nervous...yet excited!!!... I've been reading a lot of what you guys have been writing and haven't read much about ATR film from LLUMAR ...( which I use) ... My first question is...Do you recommend going with a different film? I do both wet and dry shrink with this film and havent had too much trouble.... My second question, Is it that much harder to take the windows out vrs. just pulling back the panels.. or more specifically how do you take out the windows ?....thanks in advance for your help.....

ATR will work very nicely. I wouldn't take the window out just pull out the rubber rail

never have taken a glass out to tint it. too much work and too much can go wrong...like ya boy said, pull the bottom out, tape the sides...life and pull method on the top and the bottom of the back glass. i faught with that back window for years until i found out about the life and pull method...with that way i can get it down in about 10-15 mins or somthing like that...
