very nice, what did you use to tool it with.
It's an Albion 258-5S , I rounded the corners to meet the tape on mullion and glass, 1/2 " on both gives a 3/4 " wide 45degree bead.
Any place that sells bulk caulking and tools should have them. I'm currently working on using an electric gun and doing away with all the taping, but with dow it's gonna take a bit getting used to .
very nice. i get my 995 from costal. i have the whole collection of tools. my dremell will trim one to fit in seconds. where do you get the electric set-up for cox gun. id like to try that, dont think i have seen it at the distributor.

Cox : made in England
After you dremel the corners you'll want to make sure they are smooth so they don't grab the tape . It's stainless so it takes a little work to get them good. Thanks for the vote of competence, and there was some blood when I slipped with the dremel
Good Job with your Dow 995 installation.
Next time save some time and use BondKap TM along with the Dow 995 More information about BondKap TM can be found on our website Visit The Training & Demos Section to View Installation Videos
I have an extra Milwaukee for sale, only used once if anyone is interested.
i only have to do the 995 once or twice per year so i'm no expert. the other day i dipped the tool i use in soapy water before running it across the bead and got fantastic results. has anyone else done this?
