Got one on Friday. I have been looking at a friends and removed the back quarter windows. On the quarter window it has a fixing which holds the opening mechanism, having removed the opening mechanism I cant work out how to remove the fixing within the window. There are no screws, clips etc!! I tried just gripping one side with some plyers and twisting the other side, but this does not work. Will I have to just cut round it or can it be removed so I can get a clean tint without cutting around the fixing?
Hi yea
Dapaa you have to remove the 1/4 glass to do it properly but you can not take the brakets or mount out the rear one, you can but it will take to long and you could brake it if you look at one you will see a small thin plastic slot this can be prised out but you might brake it like i did,
Cheers Mate.
