is there a way to remove this tiny piece of glass? i did one the other day and had some issues getting no light to show. end up leaving a hairline gap so that it wouldnt push up.... but it was the custy's only pet peeve. is there a way to do this better if he complains more or 2.) i get another one

If you pull the trim panel, it will only take you 10 mins to take them out. First take the mirror off, then there is a philips screw on the top where the weatherstrip goes around the door. Then take the 10mm bolt off, it is towards the top equal with the belt line. Pull the channel back and slide the vent glass out, you can then pull the glass out of the seal. VERY NICE. These cars really suck, the front doors are a pain. I haven't had as much trouble as this car gave me in a long time.
