I had the cap off my scalpel yesterday with a pointed blade. Put the cap on the other end while in use.
I put it down without replacing the cap to the right end and bam, picked it up went to pull the cap off and stabbed my had quite deep.
Just as well the van was red!

Not to mention getting my hand caught behind the pocket and the door card, painful removal not as bad as the scalpel tho.
