Well, I just took on my largest product to date, not to mention it was my first banner ever! I did it in two pieces, the graphic i did seperate and then all the text i cut and lined up together, then applied in three pieces. Wasn't too bad, just glad i had a friend to give me a hand with it. I didnt have a table big enough for it so, i had the banner stretched out and taped to the floor, worked out well thought! For my first one im quite proud! Oh yah, its 22inches x 8feet!!

looks good...but how big is your plotter? It may have saved you some time to just cut out the lettering pre-layed out, as it will sit on the banner. IMO the cost of vinyl wasted is not worth the time it takes me to lay it out one line at a time. also, if you dont have a table big enuff, you can always bungie cord the banner to a wall and install the vinyl using the wall as your table. Keeps the banner in place and nice and tight. Keep pluggin dude...one day you will look back and say...."Remember way back when that 2' x 8' was our biggest to date?" thumb.gif beer.gif

its a 24 inch plotter, I guess my wording was off, I cut all the words together as they lay on the banner now, but when i applied, I hinged it at the top, and cut it in tho three sections lengthwise, between the words and aplied it like that. Instead of laying it down as one large piece, i hinged it at the top so nothing moved and then cut it into three pieces to apply. Make sense?

Oh yah! and thanks for all the compliments! orngbiggrin.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
