Is there anywhere online that I can find a list of tint meters accepted for statw inspecions in West Virginia?

44tools.com has one called the tint meter and I have seen it used by numerouse law enforcement agencies. I bought one and maybe used it twice in 6 years

Recent field reports indicate that VA HWY Patrols use tint meters to harass motorists about 35% front window tints when they couldn't bust them for speeding, or when they are having a slow day. This has got to be the worst use of public funds.
