Can someone tell me if they have had any luck finding tinters through monster.com or hotjobs? Do you have the best luck with newspaper ads? I have advertised here and extensively on craigslist. Any more suggestions? I am in Lincoln, NE and need a full-time tinter.

Your best bet is contact your film rep and ask if they know anyone looking for work? They go to all the tint shops so they would be able to find someone for you!
