Looking to incorporate, Turbo Tax has a company called My Corporation that is offering decent prices as well as Legal Zoom, main concern is doing this correctly. Is or would it be better/easier to just hire a lawyer??????

I would deal face-to-face with a Lawyer as opposed to dealing with a person or company on the Internet you never see.
