How long would it take to tint aluminum windows & a door?

20 sheets of glass in total @ 288ft2 (I think I converted to imperial right)

(approx 1 roll 36" x 100 feet)

A 4 bedroom house

Actually probably more then 2 hours... but I don't understand the sizes you listed.

All conditions being favorable about 4-5 hours depending on what film you use.

didn't you see Star Trek The Journey Home? They have transparent aluminum!!!

I estimate 15 minutes per window regardless of size. It usually comes out right after factoring in carrying in, carrying out, doing the work, filling out the warranty form, getting the lunch they made me, etc.
