That is pretty damn BAD
Those are better than having to tint that dirtmobile out back.
i say cut them a half in. small all the way around and caulk re-caulk the bastards...that is what i would have done.

Looks like you have to strip the top one. Just cut out that caulk trim short and re-caulk like TG said. Piece of cake!
Perfect example for learning to say no thanks Im booked, but there is this shop down the street
ive done windows worse than that.... turned out pretty rough imo, but the homeowner "loved it" oh well. he just neded to hide his herbs.
that's some good stuff right there!!
sometimes you can cut it and then run an old chizler like a blade and get it off without messing the wood frame up. looks fun.
the roof looks worse than the windows
I think cedar stained wood frames are far worse than that.
Those are nasty frames.
Wouldn't have thought there was much need for film on Isle of Man. Was there over twenty years ago in Onchan and Douglas and they told me on a clear day you can see England, Wales, Ireland, N. Ireland (maybe Scotland). Except they told me there weren't many clear days.
spraypaint

Piece of cake! for 20 bucks I'll recaulk and they will be good for 15 yrs . Then follow TG's advice, only cut it all out start new and you'll get a great finish. The ones that I don't like are metal frame , old dried putty
i'd be afraid of the glass falling out after removing the caulk though.
lots of olfas, lots of tape
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
