Well, i

Well, I attempted my first beetle today. It was a 99 coupe and really wasnt all that bad. I used greystone 10% film in the rears and the film shrunk pretty decent. Took about 2 hours to do anyone else ever attempt with johnson film before??? In my opinion these cars are a great profit maker.

That must have really sucked! I guess it wasn't bad enough that it was a Beetle back window that they had to throw in a little spoiler action on ya! Flaugh.gif

Well today, I too did my first Beetle in about 6 years. The first 2 I did years ago I had to 2-peice. But the customer didn't want it done if it wasn't 1 peice.
I did some research here for a few days, and felt way more confident. ( I think I was just psyching myself out). Dry shrunk it in about 15 min, and went in like a dream, although the dot matrix was pretty grabby.

The info you guys give out is great... although you should lay off Scotty more! grinning_and_saying_no.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
