Earlier this summer we set up a warehouse in Atlanta (Doraville). The film...Yes it is an import. Too some that is ok, for others not so much.
We like to use the grocery store reference: some buy the Publix brand, others insist on DelMonte. However, those in the know realize that alot of the time it is all the same veggies.
We offer delivery in the Metro Atlanta market (with min order). Freight discounts, rebates & volume discounts available. All films carry a warranty.
We are stocking IR45, HP (1.5mil) 5,20, 35, NR (2mil) 5, 20, 35 & Econo (1mil) 5, 20, 35
We welcome an opportunity to be your "house" brand or main line.
Please feel free to PM or email us for information.
Thank you

(ARC2008 @ Aug 23 2008, 12:23 PM) [*]637721[/*] Earlier this summer we set up a warehouse in Atlanta (Doraville). The film...Yes it is an import. Too some that is ok, for others not so much. Depends on where/who it's imported from. We like to use the grocery store reference: some buy the Publix brand, others insist on DelMonte. However, those in the know realize that alot of the time it is all the same veggies. So are you implying your tint is the same as others? As far as it's all vegetables. Some get first pick, others don't. Some are organic, others aren't. Some are grown in optimal conditions, others are grown in the wrong climate. I prefer the vehicle reference. Some are Bentleys, some are econo-Korean pieces of crap. All films carry a warranty. What kind of warranty could a "new" company possibly offer? I mean "lifetime" doesn't mean much. Heck, "5 years" doesn't mean much if you just opened up your doors. Have you done any accelerated weather testing on the films? We are stocking IR45, HP (1.5mil) 5,20, 35, NR (2mil) 5, 20, 35 & Econo (1mil) 5, 20, 35 Specs? Weatherable polyester?

DD-
Good questions. I see where you're coming from.
I chose veggies because most folks just eat something out of a can (sort of like well, more folks drive korean things than bentelys in our country). I am thinking more of the market masses than the upper .5% market. Our product is for a person who wants to reduce glare and heat as they complete their daily travels. Just a little improve in their daily life. I suppose we're more IGA than Whole Foods :-)
Some may be better than ours, others may not be. Installer and their clients will decide. There are some genuine "bentley" type films out there. However, I would guess there are a fair amount of "bentley" films that are just good ole Korean stuff in a fancy new box (just my opinion). We'll definately get alot of fair resistance to the source just like mfg's from other places did at first (i.e. India)
We're not a manufacturer, we are a distributor. Our current Korean vendor has been in business for over 17years. We will be adding additional vendors as our marketshare allows. Our goal is to be a multi-line independent distributor to the trade.
The mfg does warranty the film. We also have our own contigency to help avoid some of the recent warranty problems that have floated in the industry. After all, we also have mortgages to pay. We want to stay around just like our customers.
We'll gladly send spec and tech info to you, just PM or email your contact information.
I appreciate you sharing your view point. Its good to have the info. Thanks.

Talk less about vegetables and more about the film.
If you won't publicly talk about the specs and construction it's a big giant red flag on this board.

post the specs here, so we all can see them. I like High heat rejection color stable metallized or non metal 1.5 or 2 mill film rolled the right way on the roll in a charcoal color and no turning purple.

Anyone can come on here and claim anything. To be honest we're all a little off manus and distros making far out claims. For once we would just like to have a great product, without the along with a good price so we can make a freakin' living!

NEXFIL's films are not tooo bad, not to good. Just middle line. But - people buy it under other MADE IN USA brands and are happy. You can find here a lot of posts. Asians and Indians are coming. That's reality of our days which I promised some years ago. But russians are in front of invasion

Why even make this post if you arent going to share the details on your product?
Please dont respond with another apples to grocery veggies comment it offers nothing in regards to information or piece of mind in regards to an order.

Okay, I was just looking at specs for a Clear UV film from another manufacturer, and they claim TSER of 30%... and TSER of 40% for their 5% dyed auto film.
Who's wrong here, when your specs say 13%?
