Just let

For the last several years we've had an older gentleman doing some of our outside sales. But since he turned 70 the mistakes are too many and had to send him packin'.
It's really very sad,considering he does not have alot of employment options, but I have to look out for the shop...

That's a tuff one to do....

I ran a BUNCH of car audio stores before this... and had to let a few of the older installers go.... mostly because technology and techniques had advanced WAY past their current abilities... and they were Sooooo set in their ways they just refused to learn....

And wouldn't you know... those are the guys that show up every frickin day... on time.. no excuses..... and are there to work!.....

Unlike the younger generations..... UGH....

Boy, you sure got that right.
