Full Version: Where does the sticker go?
My state law requires that a sticker be placed "between the film and glass on the driver's side window." These stickers are supplied by film manufacturers. I'm just curious if there's a specific location on the window that's best or standard for them.
that sucks having to put stickers on there
I put mine over or around the little stamping that says "tempered" to help it blend in. Some people don't even notice it, but others see it right away.
any one had any custy complain about the sticker. in louisiana you have to have the shop name and number on the sticker also i believe and it has to be between film and glass. alot custy would throw a fit and think that we were trying to get free advertisement from them. it was hard to explain the law to them.
I've had one or two that wasn't happy, but none that threw a fit. I keep the law laying around anyways to show them if they do.
I believe SC is every window. Under the film.
In Texas, between the film and the glass on the Drivers door window.
I put mine in the lower right hand corner.
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. © 1999 - 2009 Ric Wellman All Rights Reserved. Contact: tintdude[a]gmail.com | |||
