film to practice

i am just starting out tinting and am looking for a supplier to get good quality film, i will be setting up with llumar or johnsons but until theni am looking to get some film so i can practice as much as possible with minimal cost...anybody help?

also does anyone know where to get a good dvd from for the installation techniques etc?
