Factory immobilizer bypass has either lost its programming or is dead.
Does is still start with the key?? What color is the key??? It sounds like there may be a bad connection on one of the ignition wires.

I have a Gray key
It wouldn't start at all if the immobilizer had lost the programming. It sounds like one or more of the connections is off or loose on one or more of the ignition wires
