A customer ordered 40 linear feet of 48 inch film for a commercial application.

Hung one, messed it up and is not happy with what they did... duhhh... They have the tools, but.. as normal must have rushed.

I need to send them two different names and numbers, or have two different people contact them to go and remove the one piece.

Sell them another section ( I believe it's 7 mil 1 ply).. hang the other 30 linear feet.

I told them that the average installer will charge for install only, no product, about 5.00 to 5.50 per square feet.
