2009 Passat

Much easier to do than any previous model Passat.Definetly non-metal film is what I would recommend.Even easier than a CLS Benz.

I tint for a VW dealer down the road. I havent seen a 09 yet. I tint lots of Passats, Hopefully one will come around here pretty soon.

Did the quarter windows have the stupid rubber up against the glass real tight like the previous Passat?

This car has frameless rolleups and quarters.The rollups do index so lock in the latch to bring the window up.The b/g does have antennas in the glass as well a limited amount have space to reach the bottom edge(side swiper worked great).The brake light slides right off.Previuos year Passat's did require more skill so this model will be a walk in the park for you.

Make the door think it is shut.Use a screw diver while the door is open and press the latch shut.Same as 3 series BMW coupe.

I finally did one today.

It had frameless windows and the back glass was pretty easy. I about crapped when i saw the frameless windows. It was awesome

I tinted this whole car in 45 minutes without even trying.

You guys are going to love tinting this car.

I just did a 2001 Passat and even though there not that bad i'm glad to see the 09s will be much easier!

This is actually a pretty slick looking car I cant believe that VW made it. I actually thought it was a Merc. at first glance when it pulled in.

The Passat is a nice looking car anyway but to make it look like a Merc ........well it looks like VW is stepping up. Can't wait to tint one!
