ic dynamics rs200

yea i know it is an old system but has worked perfect on my 95 dodge carivan in 95. when i sold the car i kept it and just about a month ago i put it on my 92 rodeo and it worked great till last week now it will only start with the remote, if you use the key it will only crank till you use the remote . any ideas on what to check?

done some more checking and no fuses are blown (thought it might have the ignition fuse blown and be running through the remote system) and diccovered it will start with the key after about the 8th or 9th try, very hard to start with the key but starts right up with the remote! i know the subaru has a cold start system that acts similur if you dont put a relay on the secondary ignition wire and this rodeo is a chevy 3.1 powered vehicle. does the chevy 3.1 from 92 have a cold start system? confused !!!!
