selling rims

Does any one else sell rims at there tint shops. It doesnt make me a ton of money, but when i sell 1 set i usually make about 300 per set for about 20 min worth of talking. Just curiouse if im the only one.

I'm just now waying out options on who to get them from! Do you get a set of display rims? And what's your investment?

With so many options to choose from, i usually get the customers email and send him or her pics of different styles unless they have an idea already. I only offer rims that are going to fit that exact vehicle and model type, info on the car is a must. Some places I know force the rims on the car which leads to problems down the road.

I use a company called cutomewheelsunlimited. They have a website, they have been really good to us here. I bought 1 display about a year ago and then another a few mos ago. We bought some defective wheels for our display. It was like 200 to 300 bucks for a few different styles. Rims are nice cause they sell themselves. We mounted the stands outside and bring the rims in and out every day. I dont advertise them at all and prolly make about 600 bucks extra a month, and during tax time we sell a few sets a week. It is verry good profit for very little work.
