it's a 2005 model, so no mould yet! i've drilled the rivits out the old ones, not really a problem, it just takes a lot of time. but i can't even see any rivits on this one, can't see how you take them out...
yeah, the mould makes it a right pain, get the buggers out if you can but i hear they are difficult. if you find out get it up here as it will be very usefull

From memory you have to find the small ally tac welds on the two sides and carefully cut with fine hacksaw and seperate the frame without warping in anyway. As i said nasty job but well done for having the patience to remove those rivets and not scratching the paint, you could become a specialist in these agricultural beasts
Run and hide...
did them in. not too bad really. not looking forward to doing them in on an old dirty one though
what was the seal like on the sliders, the one i did was well tight. felt like the glass was gonna break when i was pushing on the glass.
No, not tight on the one i did
any pictures?
oh no!!!! got another one to do. the guy i did it for loves them and wants more doing - he's a bit of a landy dealer. good luck though, he is actually converting a van into a county so the sliders will be brand new out of the box hopefully. i'll get some pics if i can
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
