I like 409.

Simple Pink will soften paint and drywall very quickly so make sure all is protected. Simple Pink can also be a little caustic to the skin and not good to breathe in.....I use it though...lol

Just soapy water for me!

You can also try High Sheen. This is a highly amoniated glass cleaner that breaks down adhesive. The others mentioned certainly do work also, but High Sheen is always a good, inexpensive first choice. I would never start with the most aggressive product.

Isopropyl Alcohol!!! Wipe on, Wipe the Adhesive off. Plus doesn't stain the interior if you are a little clumsy. Available at most Chemists/pharmacies.

i worked at a shop here in florida back in 1992 that used the pink film remover and the customer who own the mustang 5.0 came back a week later and told us it left streak markes on his panels where we striped off the film .

so since then i just use soap and water for removing the film works just fine no extra cost using fancy chemicals

LA's Totaly Awesome cleaner. It is an all purpose cleaner you can get at most Dollar stores...it works better than simple pink or tint off
scottydosnntkno
generally I just use slip solution and a blade for sides and 0000 for BG's. no waiting hours to soak, no damaging interior.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
