Full Version: Why does F1 Pinnacle35 have a VLT of 39%?
Why does Pinnacle35 have a VLT of 39%? It's as if they're marketing it as 35% when it's much closer to 40%. Am I wrong here? I got the info from the image below.
Very few match exactly to the spec number, fairly common with most MFG's. I would guess the actual VLT works well with states needing the 40 and works for the guys using 35's.
With the variations of the VLT meter readings at least it's on the safe side.
Having a vlt of 39 it will read 34-35 on the glass once installed. Stay away from the classic series
yeah on that spec sheet it says the 35 is actually a 39, but like micro said once on the glass it will end up closer to 35

The most recent true grey, which i recently picked up a large stock of, is a very nice film, and has been on some of my cars 3+ years with absolutely no issues, and the customers love the color.
